Susan works behind the scenes and directly with our clients to manage the project planning and scheduling process. She also works with our creative team to ensure continuity of message and quality control. Her areas of expertise include print production, art direction, and overall organization.

Prior to joining the agency, Susan worked as a designer and communications consultant for Hewitt Associates in Lincolnshire, Illinois. She coordinated corporate benefits communications for several national brands and Chicago area companies. She holds a BFA in Graphic Design with an emphasis in sociology.

Susan lives on an acreage northwest of Adel, Iowa, with her husband, two teenage kids, and a menagerie of animals.
